Whilst we take utmost efforts to churn in the right
candidate for you. SAPTOP jobs is in no way liable for
any misrepresentation by the consultants in their CV,
or about their technical expertise at the client site.
SAP TOPJOBS provide replacement of the Consultants if
he leaves within 3 months of the date of joining. Replacement
here would mean presenting further candidates for the
same at no extra cost. SAPTOPJobs do not guarantee that
the new consultant would have the same level of technical
expertise. This is a service out of goodwill and SAP
TOPJobs do not guarantee replacement within a specified
time.
The employer agrees to pay SAPTOPJobs in the payment
method agreed upon via email or phone within one week
of the SAP consultants joining aboard their project/office.
Whilst we stretch ourselves to presenting you with the
top consultants within 72 working hours (weekends not
included) we would not be liable for any damages including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business or
loss of profits, arising in contract, tort or otherwise
from the use of, or inability to use, the
SAPtopJobs
service, or from any action or decision taken as a result
of using the
SAPtopJobs service. The
payment amount agreed upon would not be in any way be
based on or affected by the time duration of us presenting
the CV’s to you.
