I had been of the opinion that Saudi Arabia has too many personal restrictions and working there would mean money without any fun. Or simply to put it dollars being burnt in the scorching sun. I guess many of you would be of the same opinion too. But this mindset of mine did not last for long. I reluctantly took up the offer and thought I should give it a try. And till date I have never regretted that decision of going to Saudi Arabia and returning home Ritchie Rich.


I have plenty of reasons for feeling so, some of which I put down below:

Asian schools, British and American schools of the best quality.


Spending time with your family which you could never ever dream of in any other country. I used to reach home at 4.30 pm in the evening every weekday and I had 7 rich hours with my family in a world where spouses see each other for no more then 5 minutes a day.


Quality time for Personal fitness and creative activities which you could only dream of working in other countries. If there is any country where you can really do justice to your work and health then I guess it ought to be Saudi Arabia.


Long Term projects with no traveling. Being an SAP consultant for so many years I cannot see any country which can offer you long term projects with no traveling and with these amenities and money.


Fly back to your home town at frequent intervals.


Total freedom in terms of mobility. Passport remains with you and you could go over the weekends to Bahrain and other neighboring countries.


Tax free salaries, plush houses, swanky cars, and maximum personal time for yourself and your family. Dreams have been fulfilled in this country, people have made wealth and wealth in tons and returned home to pursue their dreams in their home town and wouldn’t you be the biggest fool if you missed an opportunity to earning excellent tax free salaries with such amenities just for the reason that you do not have skimpy clad females walking around in the streets.


Someone told me the other day about the black dress which his wife declined to wear and hence he said no to the offer. The first thing I would like to clarify here is that you need not have to cover the face which you probably feared doing , and the second thing is it is just like a lawyers gown which you need to wear as an overcoat whenever you step out in public only. And come to know of it the amount of time you spend in public is only 10 percent and with all those dreams being fulfilled with honey drops and cherries of attractive life envisaged above, if any of you miss this opportunity to rake in the moolahs offered to you as a SAP consultant, I will have to hang my head in shame not because I could not convince you ,but because in this world full of colour you settled in always for the cheap glitter and threw away the diamonds thinking they were ordinary stones.
